FORT BRAGG SCHOOLS UTILIZING HPCON CHARLIE:

Fort Bragg County Schools, under the installation's HPCON Charlie, will be 100% remote learning.

Fort Bragg Schools is prepared to open under HPCON Bravo, if the HPCON level changes prior to the start of school Fort Bragg Schools HPCON Bravo student options include:
1.  On Campus Learning.  Students will attend school full-time with regular instruction from teachers.
2.  Remote Learning Full-Time.  DoDEA will provide a full-time virtual learning option for students and families with vulnerabilities related to COVID-19 or who are concerned about returning to schools.
3.  DoDEA Virtual School.  This is a separate school with it's own principal.  Families can either do half year or full year for grades K-8.  Whether or not in person learning is restored, the DoDEA Virtual School will continue throughout the 2020-2021 school year.
*Note: If schools are already in session and Fort Bragg moves to HPCON Bravo, Fort Bragg Schools will have a 10 day window to return teachers/students back to school for those selecting on campus learning.

Governor Cooper announced on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 that all North Carolina public schools must utilize the Plan B or Plan C options for re-opening schools.  Plan B includes Moderate Social Distancing, limiting student density in facilities to no greater than 50% occupancy.  Each school district developed separate plans for how to re-open under Plan B.  Plan C is remote learning only.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY SCHOOLS UTILIZING PLAN C:
Registration:  https://ccs.ncc.scriborder.com/ 100% remote learning, expiring September 25, 2020.
Cumberland County Schools K-12 Virtual School (Cumberland Academy), a completely separate school that will be 100% virtual learning is a new choice school.

Cumberland County Schools previous options under Plan B include: 
1.  Blended In-Person Learning. A rotating schedule of in person and remote learning.
2.  Full-Time Remote Learning.  The student is enrolled in their home school and instruction will occur online with the student's assigned teacher.
3.  Cumberland K-12 Virtual School (Cumberland Academy). A new Choice Program which serves as a separate school.  CCS have reached capacity in all grade levels.  Applications are no longer being accepted.

HARNETT COUNTY SCHOOLS UTILIZING PLAN C:

100% remote learning, expiring September 25, 2020.

Harnett County Schools previous options under Plan B include:
1.  Blended In-Person Learning.  For the first 9 weeks.  Students will be provided with a rotating schedule for both in-person and remote learning to maximize learning outcomes. This option will include a combination of face-to-face and remote instruction.
----Schedule:
----Group A: M/T in person, W/Th/F remote learning.  
----Group B:  Th/F in person, M/T/W remote learning.
2.  Full Time Remote Learning.  The student is enrolled in their home school and instruction will occur online with the student's assigned teacher.
3.  Harnett K-12 Virtual School.  No longer being offered, not needed currently.  But Harnett County Schools will plan have a separate Virtual Academy in the future.

HOKE COUNTY SCHOOLS UTILIZING PLAN B:
Registration:  Call the school your child is assigned to and make and appointment.
Hoke County Schools will have 2 options.
1.  Blended In-Person Learning.  Students will be provided with a rotating schedule for both in-person and remote learning to maximize learning outcomes. This option will include a combination of face-to-face and remote instruction.
----Schedule:
----Group A comes to school on M/W with remote learning on T/Th/F ----Group B comes to school on T/Th with remote learning on M/W/F 2.  Full Time Remote Learning. The student is enrolled in their home school and instruction will occur online with the student's assigned teacher.

MOORE COUNTY SCHOOLS UTILIZING PLAN B:

Moore County Schools will have 2 options.
1.  Blended In-Person Learning.  Students will be provided with a rotating schedule for both in-person and remote learning to maximize learning outcomes. This option will include a combination of face-to-face and remote instruction.
----Schedule:
----Group A: M/T in person, W/Th/F remote learning.  
----Group B:  Th/F in person, M/T/W remote learning.
2.  Full Time Remote Learning.  The student is enrolled in their home school and instruction will occur online with the student's assigned teacher.

LEE COUNTY SCHOOLS UTILIZING PLAN C:
Registration:  https://ncleec.scriborder.com/ 100% full remote learning, expiring September 25, 2020.

Lee County Schools previous options under Plan B include: 
1.  Blended In-Person Learning.  
----Schedule:
----Students in grades K-7 will attend Monday-Friday on normal schedule.  However students will be housed at various schools throughout the district to account for social distancing requirements.  
----Students in grades 8-12 will attend school one day each week.  On days the students are not on campus, they will participate in remote learning. 
2.  Full Time Remote Learning.  The student is enrolled in their home school and instruction will occur online with the student's assigned teacher.
