Active Duty Service Members should request referrals through their Primary Care Manager (PCM). Family Members and Retirees may self-refer for 8 free sessions per person/family member. Press 0 when the menu begins. After entering the requested information, press 0 for a Customer Service Rep. Specify family counseling (instead of marital), behavioral health assistance, etc.You may also access provider information on-line at Health Net Federal Services. Select “I’m a Beneficiary” then click “Find a Doctor or Health Care Provider". Specific behavioral health information and resources are available at Health Net Federal Services. Select “I’m a Beneficiary” and click on “Find a Counselor” in the Behavioral Health section.
