Class Schedules & Locations

Classes are open to DoD Card Holders, ages 16 years and older.

Prices & Purchase Options

Monthly Unlimited Pass

  • Cost: $25*
  • Purchase passes at Leisure Travel Services (located in the Mini Mall, on Reilly Road).

Single Class

  • Cost: $3*
  • Single class tokens are available for purchase via token dispensers at the fitness center host sites. Exact change in one, five, or ten dollar bills are required for token purchases.

* These prices do not apply to WELLBEATS virtual group fitness classes or volunteer-led group fitness classes. There is no cost for these classes.

Class Descriptions
  • Boot Camp
    Interval training alternating various body sculpting moves and aerobic exercises on the step, with barbells, bands, or weights.
  • Cardio Jam
    Cardio Jam has it all. Feel the music & move your body to the beat. This easy to follow class will push your limits.
  • Cardio, Strength & Core
    This class will push you by training hard using a variation of cardio (high intensity), strength (w/ weights, band or body strength) and core. You will feel like a champion after this class.
  • Circuit Training
    Total body workout circuit style. This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training focus. Maximize calorie burn and total body training. 45 Minute Express Class.
  • Cycling
    Cycling is more than just a workout - it’s a comprehensive group cycling training program, designed to fit into a periodization schedule. Each session has a specific purpose and is carefully designed and timed to energize, challenge and empower students to achieve their health and fitness goals
  • Functional Fitness
    This class focuses on training your muscles to work together using body strength and putting and emphasis on core stability. 45 Minute Express Class.
  • Gutts & Butts
    This high intensity class targets two specific areas.  Join us for this class designed to shape and sculpt your abs, glutes and back.  Balance, core stabilization and muscle specific exercises will tighten and strengthen your core.
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
    If you want to take your fitness to a new level, join us for high intensity interval training! HIIT is a specialized form of interval training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise followed by longer intervals of lower to moderate intensity exercise. Are you ready for the challenge?
  • Kick-Box
    Kickboxing is aerobic exercise combined with boxing and traditional martial arts movements. Strengthen & tone your muscles with a variety of punches, strikes and kicks to develop killer legs, toned arms and abs while giving your heart a great cardio workout.
  • Muscles/Sculpt
    A certified group fitness trainer will educate and lead participants in a strength training class using a variety of equipment to include barbells, resistance bands, stability ball, or Bosu that will safely and effectively improve muscle strength and endurance
  • Pilates
    A mat workout that is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates. Expect to concentrate on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance.
  • Ripped
    A fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness which R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym  for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric, Endurance and Diet.
  • Step Aerobics
    An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. (Basic Step-simplified choreography)

  • Zumba
    (Zumba® Latin Dance-Fitness) Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term health benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
  • WELLBEATSTM
    • TKO (kickboxing conditioning)
      TKO is non-stop movement to channel one’s inner fighter.  Benefit from the power behind the punch and total-body training.  A fusion of martial arts disciplines, each class includes a combination of punches, kicks, strikes, and techniques for a knockout experience.
    • Rev (performance cycling)
      Experience the ‘best ride’ of your life with our Rev cycling classes.  Maximize calorie burn and increase cardio and muscle endurance with our unique mix of sprints, climbs, intervals, drills, terrain and technique training to challenge you in every class.
    • Fusion (yoga/pilates meld)
      Invigorating and vitalizing, each WELLBEATSTM Fusion class is the perfect integration of yoga and Pilates exercises, with attention to breath, form, flow and body balance.
    • Stomp (all around step)
      WELLBEATSTM Stomp is truly a ‘step revival’… as step was originally meant to be taught - Go up, over and around the step for a total body, cardio-driven workout.  Easy to follow yet inventive step patterns make Stomp doable and fun!  Give this fresh take on step a try!
