Join us February 22 - Mach 5, 2021!
- Grow your own sourdough starter
- Measure the height and PH level
- Track dough growth
- Compare your data with other participants all over the world
- Learn how different flour affect microbial growth, taste and bread texture
Space is limited to 20 youth. Open to all Middle School/Teen CYS cardholders.
