You don’t have to travel far to purchase discount tickets for local entertainment. LTS carries tickets for the following entertainment venues.

Travel Clerks are available by appointment only (no walk-ins). Additionally, there is a small fee assessed after the first 30 minutes of speaking with a Travel Clerk. If you book a trip, the fees are waived. Please note, appointments are not needed for a theme park ticket only purchase.

Fees

  • Every subsequent 15 minutes - $10

Example - Spend 1 hour with a Travel Clerk, you will be charged $20

• Please note: If you book, the fees are waived. If you cancel after booking, a fee of $10 per person will be charged in addition to any cancellation fees assessed by the destination.  

Example – Book a cruise – cancel – cruise line charges $100 per person cancelation fee, you will be charged an additional $10 per person (total fees are $110 per person)

Appointments

Once the form is processed, you will receive an email to the address on the form with the date and time of your appointment as well as any additional information needed. 

Appointments will be cancelled and you will need to rebook if you arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time.

What is the MWR Card, who is eligible for it, and how much does it cost?

The MWR Card is a program that affords eligible patrons the opportunity to participate in the various Family and MWR programs on this installation, on an annual basis.

Eligible patrons include the following:

• Family Members of DoD employees
• Contract Workers on this installation
• Postal Workers on this installation
• AAFES Employees
• Dependent Parents that have lost their military privileges, due to a divorce, but still have custody of the child.
• Disabled Veterans (only if VA card states service connected)

MWR Cards are $25 for the primary card holder and $10 for each family member, and are valid for 1 year. They can be purchased at LTS.

Who is eligible to purchase the Disney special tickets?

Disney’s policy is that only Active Duty, Retired, Reserves and 100% disabled may purchase tickets.

As a DoD employee, can I purchase discounted tickets at LTS?

Yes, but not military specials.

How old do you have to be to purchase tickets?

You must be at least 18 yrs old and have a Military or DoD ID card to purchase tickets.

Can I purchase tickets for friends?

Yes, as long as there will be at least 1 ID card holder in the group.

Why can’t I get quotes for airline, cruise or any travel over the phone?

LTS cannot give quotes over the phone because we must verify current ID card status. Also, due to constant fluctuations in travel pricing, we cannot guarantee that the price quoted will be correct when you come in to the office.
