Adventures in STEAM - Tie Dye Shirts - Virtually

This year we will be presenting a virtual STEAM activity for school age children in Kindergarten through Grade 5.

Kits are limited to first 25 registrants. Register on June 19, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by calling 910-396-2665. Kits can be picked up via curbside at Throckmorton Library on June 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please call 910-396-2665 so we can bring your kit to your car.

One kit per registered family. We will ask for ID to verify registration before kits are distributed. 

T-shirts for this project are not provided by the library.

There will not be a waiting list for kits, but you can be part of viewing the activity via the Fort Bragg Family & MWR Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/fortbraggmwr/).

If you would like to follow along with the activity and you did not receive a kit, here are the items that are needed:

• Tie dye kit that includes rubber band, dye and glove (most kits can do multiple shirts)
• Plastic bag
• T-shirt
• Table covering to contain messes and spills
