This training encompasses FRG Leader Training, Key Contact (Key Caller) and Fund Custodian (Treasurer).

Schedule:

  • FRG Leader Training 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Lunch 12-1 p.m.
  • Key Contact (Key Caller) 1-3 p.m.
  • Fund Custodian (Treasurer) 3-5 p.m.

Training Descriptions:

  • FRG Leader Training:
    This course trains FRG Leadership to set-up, maintain, and handle the challenges within the FRG arena and in accordance with Army Regulation 608-1, Appendix J. Required training for all FRG Leaders. Open to all wanting to learn more about the structure of the FRG and requirements of the leadership role.
  • Key Contact:
    Trains Key Contacts on their role and responsibilities as well as how to handle crisis phone calls. Required training for all FRG Key Contacts. Suggested training for all FRG Leaders. Open to anyone wanting to learn more about the FRG Communication structure. The course includes tips and techniques for executing the role as well as practical exercises and scenarios.
  • Fund Custodian:
    Required training for all current and incoming FRG Fund Custodians. Teaches Army regulations for managing of FRG informal funds and fundraising. Suggested training for FRG Leaders, Commanders, and FRG Fundraising Coordinators.
