- 9:30-10:15 a.m. - Yoga
- 10:20-11 a.m. - Zumba
- 11:05-11:50 a.m. - HIIT
- 12-12:45 p.m. - Temple Building Dance Fitness
Open to DoD ID Cardholders, ages 16 years and above.
