Transform your thinking with a pause! Learn to gain control of your emotions and reactions by identifying "heat of the moment" thoughts.
Registration Information
Registration is required. To register for this class, give us a call or submit your information online via our ACS Class Registration Form. You must register 14 days prior to class.
Child care vouchers are available for free CYSS hourly care. Children must be registered through CYSS and parents must make reservations in advance for the care.
