Length: 8 hours, 1 session

Avoid destructive patterns that prevent you from building and maintaining a healthy, loving, and compassionate relationship with your significant other. Participants explore how to move from constantly playing the “blame game” to using constructive problem solving methods and effective non-verbal communication together to establish trust and support within a loving relationship. Classes are held on the 3rd floor of the Soldier Support Center, Bldg. 4-2843, Normandy Dr., unless noted otherwise (see directly below).* Call for childcare voucher information.
