Howl-o-ween

Location: Paws on Post Pet Kennel

Cost: $5 per dog

Dress your dog up in their best Howl-o-ween costume and bring them out for trick or treating, craft stations, photo station and playtime in the facility's play yards (pools in play yards will be weather dependent).  Don't have your own dog, but want to help out and spend time with the dogs?  Paws on Post is looking for volunteers for decorated trunks for the trick or treat stations. Cupcakes and beverages will also be provided for pet parents!

Enter our online pet costume contest by submitting your pictures to us through direct message on our Facebook or Instagram! Categories include:

• Best Dressed Pup
• Best Dressed Duo (Owner and Dog costume)

Pictures will be posted on our socials October 27th for voting by the public, winners of the costume contest will be announced on 31 October 2025.

*Registration and vaccinations required.  All dogs must have an up-to-date Rabies vaccination DHLPP or DAPP+Lepto and Negative fecal. Please note that no facility tours will be given at the event due to pets being boarded.
