Boarding

Boarding Policies:

  • Boarding reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
  • All paperwork must be submitted prior to making a reservation. (Please visit Required Forms).
  • In order to hold your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

Required Vaccinations:

  • Dogs:
    • Rabies (1 year or 3 year)

    • Bordetella (6 month or 1 year)

    • DHPP+Lepto or DHLPP

    • Negative heartworm result

    • Negative fecal result

    • Please ensure heartworm and fecal results are shown on paperwork

  • Cats:
    • Rabies (1 year or 3 year)
       
    • FVRCP
       
    • Negative FIV/FELV test result
       
    • Negative fecal test result 
       
    • Please ensure FIV/FELV and fecal results are shown on paperwork

Check In/Out Boarding Hours:

  • Monday-Friday
    • Check-In: 1:30-5:30 pm
    • Check-Out: 7-11 am

The set time frame for pick up and drop off allows staff to properly sanitize kennels for incoming pets.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of reservation start date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 of the reservation start date will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Helpful Tips:

  • All food must be provided in an airtight container.  No bags, raw food diets. 
  • Please provide extra days worth of food just in case they have to stay with us a couple extra days past your original pick up date.
  • Each kennel has it’s own pet cot and bowls. (If you would like to provide your own bedding please feel free to do so).
  • You can leave treats for your dogs as well.
  • Please make sure that when filling out the feeding portion of the pet profile you put amount in which they are served each meal.
  • Any dog over the age of 6mo that is not spayed or neutered will receive individual play or play within their family group.
