- Answers to the questions will be typed on a separate sheet of paper.
- Include as much detail as possible in your answers.
- Nominations must include a Command Endorsement Memo and Horizontal Digital Photo (either jpg, png, gif, etc.).
- The nomination must describe in detail the cohesiveness, resilience, and involvement of the Family within the unit and community as outlined in question #2.
