Walt Disney World (WDW) & Universal Orlando Resort (UOR) Military Promotional Tickets
For purchasing the WDW Military Salute and the UOR Military Freedom Pass, please use this specific form. Instructions are included within the document.

💸 Fees for Ticket Corrections and Returns
Please double-check all information before purchasing tickets (names, email addresses, quantities). If corrections are needed:

Name or date corrections: A $10 service fee per ticket will apply for re-issuance.

Non-refundable ticket refunds (if approved by the park): A $10 restocking fee per ticket will apply.
