Appointments
Travel Clerks are available by appointment only (no walk-ins).
Booking/Quote Fees

First 30 minutes: No charge

Every additional 15 minutes: $10
Example: If you spend 1 hour with a Travel Clerk, you will be charged $20.
Important Notes

If you book a trip, the Booking/Quote Fees are waived.

Appointments are not needed for theme park ticket-only purchases.
Cancellations

If you cancel after booking a trip, a $10 per person cancellation fee will be charged in addition to any cancellation fees assessed by the destination.
Example: If you book a cruise and cancel, and the cruise line charges a $100 per person cancellation fee, you will be charged an additional $10 per person (total fees = $110 per person).
How to Schedule an Appointment

Fill out the Travel Clerk Appointment Request Form (.pdf) (available here as a PDF or in-person).

After processing your form, you will receive an email with your appointment details and any additional instructions.
Important:
Appointments will be cancelled if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time. You will need to rebook.
Fees for Ticket Corrections and Returns
Please double-check all information before purchasing tickets (names, email addresses, quantities). If corrections are needed:

Name or date corrections: A $10 service fee per ticket will apply for re-issuance.

Non-refundable ticket refunds (if approved by the park): A $10 restocking fee per ticket will apply.
