Don't know where to start on your fitness journey? Start by getting a fitness assessment done by one of our personal trainers for $25. Sign up and pay through WebTrac or at Hercules PFC. After the initial assessment, choose one of the personal training programs listed below.

Rachel H. is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She has over twenty years experience in the area of fitness and personal training as well as competition bodybuilding. She has competed in twelve NPC women's fitness competitions in the categories of Figure and Physique. She has multiple top three finishes, to include several first place finishes as well as Best Symmetry category. Her passion is to help people live their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. She believes everyone has the right to good health and to feel good about themselves inside and out.
From Rachel: Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult, but sometimes it is. With so much conflicting and contradictory information out there, it can be very frustrating and confusing to know what to do. From a beginner to a seasoned athlete, we can all run into obstacles. This is where I come in. I'm dedicated to helping clients transform their lives through fitness and nutrition. From weight loss to muscle gain, simply toning up or trimming down or even preparing for physique competition, my training regimens are tailored to individual goals.
